Nicole Z. Cendrowski

Partner, Sandler Training Nicole Cendrowski is a partner with Florida Business Development, a Sandler Training firm in Tampa. Nicole is responsible for business development, client coaching, and training. She is a highly trusted and respected professional in her field, known for her discernment and listening skills, positive energy, fearless attitude, and a keen ability to tune in quickly to clients’ and prospects’ needs.

Previously, she was Vice President of Sales for Upstate Sandler Training in Greenville, SC. Prior to joining Sandler, Nicole was the founder and creative director of Big Gnome, a marketing communications and brand development firm. Currently, she serves on the advisory board of Best Buddies, and is a member of the Greater Tamper Chamber of Commerce, Westshore Alliance and Special Hoperations.
