Finding Your Purpose: the Power of Passionate Work

Facilitator: Sarah Viola, M.S., PHR

About the ProgramAny leap you (or those you counsel and coach) want to make in your personal or professional life that will align or re-align with your deepest values, with a fit between who you are and what you do, is a way to fulfill your purpose in life. That purpose could be to change your job description, make a creative leap, take on a new role or let go of an old one, launch a new venture or collaboration, or simply make a course-correction in your work life. People who are fueled by a sense of purpose will bring that kind of passion and spirit to their jobs, their companies, communities, and their lives. This session will help you to find your purpose and:

  • Find out how to uncover and live your true purpose.
  • Discover how to honor your values at work.
  • Learn how to search for concentrations of energy and respond with intention.
