Event Description:

Overnight, the pandemic forced companies around the world to adjust how they do business, with mass migration to remote work that sparked rapid, widespread evolution in HR practices and policies. The workforce adapted fast and showed that it can be productive without being in the office, having face-to-face meetings, or a nine to five schedule.

Fast forward to today, and companies and employees alike are assessing what they learned from the experience, and the path forward. To name a few: the pros and cons of a physical office, the growing demand for flexible work arrangements, the rise of hybrid workforces and how they may affect workplace culture, how to manage decentralized and/or remote teams, the importance of well-being when work and home are combined, and how to enable people to bring their whole selves to the job.

Do you wonder what the best companies have been doing and how they are preparing for the next phase of the ‘future of work’? We do too!

Join us on June 17th to learn what executives from award-winning enterprises are doing to lead, attract and engage their workforce post-pandemic and on. Together, they represent over $150B in revenue, and while their industries are distinctive, all share broad recognition such as World’s Most Admired Company, Great Place to Work, Best Companies to Work For, America’s Best Employers and Most Responsible Companies.
