How have salaries, bonuses, and intent to change jobs shifted in 2020? A survey administered by Dr. Jane Bozarth, Director of Research for the Learning Guild in November 2020 garnered overall positive data, with most respondents reporting salaries increased or unchanged.

In L&D Employment and Pay: 2020 Status, Dr. Bozarth examines these survey responses to shed light on how these employment-related topics have changed within the L&D industry in 2020.

Dr. Bozarth will also share elements from the 2019 Report, in which she parsed information from several hundred job postings and their interesting findings.

Speaker Bio: 

An experienced real-world practitioner and popular conference presenter, Dr. Jane Bozarth's specialties include capturing and sharing tacit knowledge, social and collaborative learning, and crafting low-cost eLearning solutions.  She has a Master's degree in Training and Development with a specialization in technology-based training, and a doctorate in Training and Development. Jane is the author of many books, including eLearning Solutions on a Shoestring, Better than Bullet Points, and From Analysis to Evaluation.  After many years working as eLearning Coordinator for North Carolina state government, Dr. Bozarth now serves as the Director of Research for The Learning Guild.
