In this session, you'll learn about Agile EQ, an assessment and program that you can bring to your organization that helps people to adapt their mindsets and behaviors to be more effective in the new world of work. By combining the personalized insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. Participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.

All participants will receive a complimentary code for the research-validated online assessment that asks participants to respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine the participant’s instinctive emotional intelligence (EQ) mindsets. Built using the latest adaptive testing methodology, each participant receives precise insights to personalize their experience.
