Presenter: Scott Luberto, AtlasNav

Bio: Scott Luberto’s mission is to help ordinary people live extraordinary lives. He works to accomplish this as the Chief Enthusiasm Officer and Founder of ATLAS Navigator, an adaptive talent navigation solution, that helps learners drive their own development using content curated specifically for them.
His passion for developing and serving others led him to join Teach for America (TFA), a nonprofit organization with a mission to strengthen the movement for educational equity and excellence. During his time in TFA, Scott taught at Rocky River High School, teaching ninth grade world history. Scott worked diligently to ensure the success of his students, being honored as the Teacher of the Year in 2014. Scott’s achievements in the classroom led to him being selected as an Aspiring Leader Fellow for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, a district of 140,000 students, where he developed the New Teacher Toolkit, a collaborative digital platform to provide tools and development for educators.
In 2015, Scott began work for Luck Companies, the nation’s largest family owned and operated construction aggregates company, developing and facilitating Values Based Leadership training. Eventually, Scott began leading Luck’s technical training effort, leveraging his passion for technology and utilizing a competency based learning approach, to deliver personalized development plans across the enterprise. It was this work that illuminated the need for a software service to help deliver this personalized learning at scale, that led Scott to launch ATLAS to help others solve this problem.
