About the Speaker

Gina Henry is an expert in Blended Learning, the art of impactful learner engagement. Gina has over 10 years of experience in Human Resource Development that runs the gamut from placement and employee retention to training and curriculum development. As a new hire trainer and legal subject matter expert for Franklin Templeton Investments, she honed her facilitation skills and built an incredible rapport with learners. Ever the student herself, she moved on from Franklin Templeton Investments to become a trainer in PSCU Financial Services’ Client Relations and Operations division for the opportunities it offered for growth.

It was at PSCU-FS that Gina began to get more involved in the design and development side of her work. While she enjoyed implementing training, Gina loved planning the training event, as it gave her the opportunity to align the program not only with institutional goals, but also with the learners’ needs. It was Gina’s knowledge that the learner lives at the center of effective training that led her to become a strong proponent and leading expert on Blended Learning programs. It is in the blend that learners and organizations benefit most.
