Guest Speaker: Craig Woll

Topic:
In this webinar the topics of learning and leading at scale will be addressed by exploring how technology, methodology, learning design, research, and implementation strategies combine together to enhance the employee experience.  We will discuss how large corporations with multiple learning platforms can leverage technology to simplify the learner experience and provide visibility into progress.  In some cases the elimination of high technology in favor of strong methodology can yield scalable results. We will also explore how designing for diverse customer groups requires flexibility in delivery through multiple modalities.  Research identifies new opportunities and eliminates wasteful learning events to make room for more impactful learning processes.  Finally, we will consider how the partnership with deployment teams to implement learning solutions enables an organization to scale these learning solutions to large populations.
