    Job Description

    The key purpose of this position is to analyze and create learning programs and materials, driving both instructional design and architecture of learning, building end-to-end experiences representative of highly effective and innovative adult learning strategies.

    Responsibilities / Percentages

    • Research, design and develop learning programs and curricula based on best practices across all modalities including but not limited to: in-person & remote instructor-led, web-based & e-learning, synchronous & asynchronous collaborative, social & threaded, and cooperative & events-based, blending learning where appropriate. 40%
    • Provide direction, professional advisement and sustainability of learning projects and initiatives, partnering closely with leaders, subject matter experts and project stakeholders to translate learning needs, confirm objectives, and establish well-defined in-scope goals, following principles of competent project management. 30%
    • Create appropriate evaluation methods as part of holistic learning architecture, including learning transfer and post-program evaluation analysis to determine appropriateness and identify gaps where learning curricula should be enhanced to improve results and intended outcomes. 20%
    • Work in-tandem with People Development Specialists and other team members to create a two-way flow of communication and validation, ensuring high-quality learning that works both in theory (build) and in practice (delivery). 10%

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • Minimum 3-years relevant experience
